White pages were changing, a large data enhancement and migration project on going and a case was being put forward to create a vision for the future of White Pages. In an effort to prepare a foundation for this vision a road map for features and enhancements was developed.
Responsible for: search results design, integration of features into listings, interaction, icon design, increasing the value of existing products, working around data structures to create good user pathways to information, and supporting the business ROI.
