The Innovation Manager had identified a trend in the Voice market and this project sought to research it, with the view to seeing how the business could potentially provide a successful product or service.
This phase looked at markets types, locations, size, user needs and motivations etc, which shaped our ideas enough for us to dive in and begin understanding the likelihood of people needing a product or service such as this, and what it would need to be to make it successful. The aim was to present a business case for further product development.
Responsible for: defining user characteristics, recruiting, participant interview and task ideas, recording and analysis, role playing, identifying key product attributes.
