ABC Radio Australia Language Services
Following on from a previous project (see 2007 work) this involved rolling in the language service websites French, Indonesian, Khmer, Tok Pisin (Vietnamese and Chinese have separate sites) into the new design. Each service produces content in different ways, often they vary in type and volume too, so I needed to create a set of IA structures and navigation for each one individually that would work across the same grid and design principles, to create a cohesive Radio Australia brand. Later I worked on the integration of global navigation for language services, researching how best to represent language, rather than country.
Responsible for: user strategy, information architecture, interaction design, brand identity, interface & visual design.
