End user needs had previously been identified earlier in phase 1 and 2 (see 2007 work). This phase looked at different business models, specifically, which had the best potential to work both for users as well as the organisational goals of Sensis. This was a process over two weeks that involved, researching, collating interview material, analysing data, and lots, and lots of fun critical design thinking!
